~~Waterliners~~

Hey guys!

Today im back with a post on eyeliners for the waterline! I have been hunting for years for a super waterproof, oil-proof, smudge proof and can last long on the waterline eyeliner pencil, and it also doesnt give me panda eyes. For the past years i have spend a fortune on eyeliners. I've bought from drugstore eyeliners to high end eyeliners and i still havent found the one! However, i found one which is at an drugstore price level and it lasts the longest on my waterline out of all eyeliners i have tried. it doesnt live up to my expectation but its still good. That eyeliner would be the Dolly Wink eyeliner pencil in Black.

Mine is the old version as i was looking up the prices for the dolly wink eyeliner pencil i realize the packaging is different; its either they repackaged it or they reformulated it. Anyway, about the product itself, it has a very cute packing (pink background with black bow and polka dots) It is a very girly looking eyeliner and it was one of the reason that i bought this product (sucker for packaging). 

Texture: It has a creamy texture. Very easy to glide onto the eye and very easy to use.

Testing waterproof:

It claims to be waterproof, but it still gave me a faded line.

No oil. Just eyeliner

As you can see its not oil-proof, but on their website, it doesnt say its oil-proof. But i thought it would have be!

Final result:

As i have mention above it is one of the best waterline eyeliner pencil that i have owned, so whoever are looking for a good eyeliner pencil i would totally recommend this eyeliner as if one does not smudge and last long on a waterline it would totally work on the upper lids.
