Is Glamglow Products Worth Buying?

Hello my beautiful subbies,

How are you all today? Today I am going to do a personal review on the famous Glamglow masks. Are they worth buying? If you want to know, please continue reading.

Glamglow Hydrating Thirstymud Mask

My absolute favourite mask out of the 5 that I had tried. It smells divine with a hint of mint and coconut scent. It is extremely moisturizing therefore, I use it as a night mask rather than a regular mask. It makes my makeup glides on smoothly and makes my make up of the day so beautiful. Cost 45 euro in boots

Glamglow Youthmud Tingle Exfoliate Mask

I must admit this is a great exfoliating mask. After one use I can tell that my skin has gotten very soft and blackheads to appear to have lessen. I love this mask, however, it smells awful! I just wish the smell isnt that strong. Cost 45 euro in boots.

Glamglow Supermud Clearing Mask

This mask works wonders!! It cleanses my skin very well and it does not feel drying after one use. There's so much for me to say as its a great product. The only cons I have for this product is the smell and the size. Its alot smaller than the rest but with the same 45 euro price tag like others. Also, this runs out alot quicker than the rest so, I pray that it will come out with a bigger size soon.

Glamglow Powermud Dual Cleanse Mask

I.....do not know what to say about this mask. it smells really nice and it feels very comfortable on the skin like others. However, I do not see any differences in my skin after a few uses. not even right after I wash off the mask. I see no difference at all. I gave it to my younger sister who has acne prone skin and she loves it. She said it makes her skin condition so much better. Since I am not acne prone and just a combination skin girl. I do not see the benefit of me purchasing ans using this product. Therefore, I would not recommend in buying this product. Cost 45 euro in boots.

Glamglow Flashmud Brightening Mask

Like the one above, it feels great and smells good and it does brightening up your skin as it claims. However, the 'brightness' would be gone after a night sleep. Normally, I would use this product and any other masks at night before I go to bed and this product does make my dull looking skin looks a bit brighter and I mean a bit. Not very noticeable I must say. Therefore, I would not recommend my readers to buy this product. I'm sure there are other brightening masks out there that are more affordable options. Cost 45 euro in Boots.

Glamglow Gravitymud Firming and Treatment Masl

This is also a very favourite of mine. After one use I can feel that my skin has tightened alot and it feels very soft. Another thing worth mentioning is, is that its a really fun product to use. I always look forward in peeling this mask. As you might know, many peeling masks out there are quite painful and damaging to the skin for us to peel. However, this masks treat our skin so delicately that its suitable for people who has 0 pain tolerance-like myself. So, this product claims what it does and its a very fun mask to use. Costs 45 euro in Boots.

P.S. I forgot to mention, all of the above masks has a tingly sensation except the thirstymud. The most noticeable tingly sensation is the Supermud mask. If you have sensitive skin, I would ask of you to try a bit on the side of your face to test it out before putting it all over your face.

My Ranking of Glamglow Masks:
1. Thirstymud Mask
2. Supermud Mask
3. Youthmud Mask
4. Gravitymud Mask
5. Flashmud
6. Powermud

My Verdict:
Overall, I would highly recommend buying glamglow products. But I would only recommend the Thirstymud + Supermud + Youthmud Masks + Gravitymud Mask.

Hope everyone likes and enjoys it.

Have a nice day everyone!

Créme De La Mer Lip Balm Review

Hi everyone!
I am back with a review of my favourite lip balm of all times......De La Mer lip balm!
It retails for 58 euros for 9 grams of product and it can be purchased in Brown Thomas. I got mine awhile back, if I remember correctly I purchased it for 52 or 55 euros. So the price has gone up by a bit.

Left side EU version Right side US version

Mirror-like lid with a green frosted bottom

Let's start with a brief description of this lip balm, follow by the pros and cons and my recommendations.

On their website they have stated:
'Relieves Dryness
Thinner than any other area of the face, the lips are virtually defenceless against subtle changes in wind, temperature, dryness, even diet - requiring special attention. The Lip Balm infuses a potent concentration of the original Miracle Broth™ with marine extracts, botanicals and vitamins to regenerate the delicate lip skin. This luxurious emulsion works on contact to soften roughness, relieve dryness and flaking and help heal seriously dry lips. A patented Lip Lipid Complex is the first line of defense. It delivers moisture, strengthening the lips' minimal moisture barrier and helping to prevent further damage. An essential protein found in the arctic helps insulate vulnerable lip skin from extreme conditions of heat and cold. Mint comforts the lips and enhances the balm with a cool, refreshing flavor. Like Crème de la Mer, the results are immediate, lips look and feel smoother, softer, plumper & yet long lasting.'

Pros:
1. This smells DIVINE! It has a fragrance of mint chocolate, if you love mint chocolate you will love this!
2. While we are on the scent of the lip balm, this tastes really nice too. Not that im asking people to eat this but if a lip balm tastes awful it will turn us off. So this is a plus.
3.Its moisturizing without feeling to thick on the lips, however, it leaves residue on the lips.
4. I'm not sure does this works for myself only or for other as well. Whenever I can tell cold sores are starting to form on my lips, I would glide a thick layer on top of the 'affected' area and sleep overnight with it and when I wake up in the morning, the cold sore wasn't formed.

Cons:
1. Its expensive. 58 euros for a lip balm, I personally think its too much.
2. This con is my personal preference; I dislike lip balm in tub form due to the fact that would require me to use my fingers to apply the lip balm onto my lips. I find that very unhygienic.
3. The packaging gets scratches easily.
4. I am unsure why my lip balm turns yellow after a few uses, as you can see in the first pic, the EU version is 'whiter' than the used US version. It could be i got a bad batch or it's just the way it is.

My Verdict:
I love this product and would recommend this product to anyone who has chapped lips and gets cold sores often. Other than the hefty price tag, I think this product is a must have!

Hope everyone likes it and enjoys it.

Have a nice day everyone
^^
